What is soft play?

It is a designed play area for small children with equipment made from soft material (foam) that can be installed in an inside or outside space, giving the children a fun environment with the opportunity to safely explore and socialize at the same time.

What are the rules for yes yes 4 Kids soft play areas?

Age ranges between 0 and 5 years old.

No shoes, only socks are allowed.

No foods or beverages.

No face paint or glitter.

Soft play area can’t be moved once set up.

Adults are required to watch the children.

What if it rains?

If you are planning an outdoor event, and the weather is forecast to rain, we recommend that you think about an alternative  option of a space indoor. We will not install outdoor is there is a rain in the forecast, for us safety comes first. However, we can reschedule your event based on the availability.

What are the payment methods and cancellation policy?

Payments: Cash app or Zelle payments.

20% of the total of your invoice is required to secure the date. The rest (80%) must be paid in full 24 hours before the event.

Cancellations: You can change the date of your event based on the availability.

Deposit are non-refundable with cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event.

How often do you clean your equipment?

Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each booking.

What is the delivery fee?

Delivery is included up to 10 miles from our area (33837). More than 10 miles have an extra fee. The delivery fee depends on your zip code.
